Jennifer has spent more than two decades creating premium experiences for luxury brands, private clients and discerning audiences across Australia and Asia.
Her career spans experiential marketing, luxury partnerships, premium hospitality, client engagement and strategic relationship management, delivering bespoke events for some of the world's most respected luxury brands.
Jennifer is known for creating experiences that feel deeply personal — bringing together creativity, thoughtful storytelling and meticulous attention to detail. Alongside her commercial career, she is also a qualified counsellor and experiential facilitator, bringing a unique understanding of human behaviour, emotional connection and group dynamics to every event she designs.
Her philosophy is simple: extraordinary events don't just impress people — they make them feel something.
Iris Liu

Iris Liu brings more than a decade of experience advising institutional investors, private capital groups and global organisations on complex commercial projects across Australia.
Throughout her career she has built trusted relationships with investors, developers, government agencies and senior stakeholders, successfully managing transactions exceeding $300 million while helping secure significant new investment opportunities.
Her commercial expertise, strategic thinking and ability to build trusted partnerships provide the operational strength behind Spark & Willow's creative vision.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Iris also offers deep cross-cultural capability, helping brands engage sophisticated multicultural audiences with authenticity and confidence.
